Condo Conversion with Class
South Seattle Condo

With resale in mind, the owner of this small condo in South Seattle chose to renovate her kitchen and bathroom in hopes of impressing prospective buyers. The tiny one-bedroom condo included an outdated kitchen and bathroom with minimal storage space. The condo was one of four units in the building, and we worked closely with the homeowner to avoid disrupting the life of her neighbors as well as herself.

The redesign of the kitchen consisted of turning the brand new space-saving Leihberr refrigerator to accommodate additional pantry space. We also added a bank of drawers and new stainless steel appliances. With functionality and elegance as the goal for the project, the homeowner and our remodeling specialist choose materials that would suit any potential buyer.
