Easy Access to an Entertaining Space
Magnolia Porch

Patio parties were the focus of this smaller remodel in Magnolia. The homeowners enjoyed having friends over and using their back patio for gatherings but the distant side door was the only access to the back yard and patio with poor traffic flow from the kitchen. The solution consisted of cutting into the brick façade and installing a full glass door while building a porch and stairway to the patio. This allowed for the couple to have easy access to the patio from the adjacent kitchen.
