Lower Queen Anne Bathrooms
In addition to the kitchen, the bathrooms of this lower Queen Anne split level were completely updated to include new fixtures, flooring and countertops. The homeowners hoped to update the bathrooms for resale purposes and with a minimal budget, they used a neutral color palette to please future home buyers. By refinishing the existing cabinets and painting them a neutral white, the homeowners were able to invest that savings in a new electrical panel and high-end fixtures. The outdated green toilets and vinyl floors were replaced with Kohler fixtures and a rich marmoleum floor. With the basic upgrades completed to this home, the homeowners hope to get a substantial return on their remodeling investment.
