Seattle Design Build LLC. is a licensed general contractor specializing in major, whole house remodels, room additions, second story additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels and of course, sunroom and conservatory additions from our partner company, Seattle Sun Systems Inc.

WHAT IS A DESIGN/BUILD FIRM?
Design build firms have the in-house capability of taking your building ideas from a mere concept to a completed project. As a design/build firm, our design team works with you incorporating your ideas as well as offering expierienced design advice. We generate completed blueprints which function as building permit documents and construction documents for our crews. Because our craftsmen and our designers work closely together, there is a seamless interface as we move from design, out into the field. Since you are working with one entity throughout the project, it is easier to maintain control over budgets.

DESIGN BUILD BENEFITS: Because we are a design build firm we offer a consistency throughout the project that simply can't be matched using a design company that is separate from the craftsman. We have removed the proverbial “us and them” from the construction equation. Our in-house designers receive constant feed-back from our craftsmen in the field allowing us to continually refine our designs. This makes our preliminary estimates accurate working tools for the design process.
